Katie is a Washington State girl born and raised! Along with her husband, 2 sons, and Pit Bull Jaxx, they love their current location of Downtown Puyallup. Katie and her husband met as teenagers and 10 years later decided to take the plunge and get married. She loves being a boy mom to Maleeq, 13 and Kaleel, 8. Sports, board games, and all things competition is enjoyed and welcomed in their home. You can find the Razzaqs’ often at the baseball field or traveling around watching Maleeq play baseball.
From a young age, Katie has loved helping others. Before landing a career as a Real Estate Broker, she was a Massage Practitioner and Children’s Ministry Director. Katie’s work with children’s ministry was a huge blessing to her for over 10 years until her passion for real estate emerged while her family looked for their first home. She tried to juggle both jobs, but was always wanting more, and decided in 2020 to become a full time broker. Katie plans to continue to help clients buy or sell their dream homes, but is very excited to utilize her love for paperwork, organization, and timelines to help other agents
