Amanda Condyles

Director of Client Care

Amanda was born in the beautiful countryside of Virginia, just outside of Richmond in a small town called New Kent. She is a recent PNW transplant and has found her home and people in the great state of Washington. Amanda has lived all over the US and has a lust for adventure and experiencing the culture. 

​

For the past 7 years, Amanda has served in a variety of roles in the real estate industry. Doing so has enabled her to understand the real estate transaction from a whole picture perspective. 

​

Prior to real estate, Amanda's background focused in communications and the nonprofit sector. Professionally, she prides herself on being a results-driven achiever with a high level of attention to detail. Personally, she is proudest of her role as "Aunt Manna" to her adorable niece, Lily Grace.


As an Auburn University Alumni, she can often be found shouting "war eagle" on the weekends watching sports, reading a good book curled up to her black bombay cat, Maleigh, or outdoors taking in the beautiful hikes of the Pacific Northwest.

Living in different states over the years has given her a deep appreciation for people, culture, and serving others.In her time with us as Closer Pros, she's grown to support one of the top teams in Snohomish County.  Amanda has always been eager to take her passion for people, and combine it with her attention to detail in order to assist clients in their real estate journey.
